"MISS DANA" L. FLOK
Dana has been active in the dance industry for over 15 years. Since completing her BFA in Dance from Kutztown University, Dana has instructed, choreographed, and performed throughout the Lehigh Valley, Berks County, & surrounding areas. With a minor in Theatre, her credits include choreography in several musicals and off-Broadway shows, as well as, working with dance companies in the surrounding area. Dana has acted as the head coach and choreographer for the Lehigh University Dance Team for several years. While under her instruction, the team has represented this area while competing at the National level in Florida, televised on ESPN. She also started the dance program at Emmaus HS where she worked as a dance instructor & choreographed productions. She acted as the Junior Dance Team Coordinator for the Lehigh Valley Outlawz, part of the National Arena Football League. Miss Dana will be teaching Pre-Ballet/Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, combo Ballet/Tap/Jazz classes, as well as, choreographing for our resident dance company, IN THE MIX. Her main goal is to educated dancers by teaching and instilling the art form of dance. She looks forward to running the studio for the ninth year as it’s artistic director. |
