SHOW TICKETS
Tickets for our 2010 dance production will go on
sale starting March 1.
Show tickets are regularly $15 a ticket
and $20 at the door, however, there are a few
“early bird” discount options.
Dynamix will be holding a pre-sale on
dance production tickets from Monday, March 1
through Thursday, March 4 only.
During this time, tickets may be ordered
at only $10 a ticket, ½ of what will be charged
at the door. For your convenience, there will be
extended office hours M-TH from 5-8PM this week
only.
From March 5th
through the 15th, ticket
prices will be $13 & after March 16, the price
will be $15 until showtime.
Being at a nicer, yet smaller venue, this
year we WILL sell out, so get your tickets early
& save. Tickets are general admission and there
is no minimum or maximum ticket purchase needed
per student. Because we will sell out, this year
we are opening our dress rehearsal to the public
at only $5 per ticket.
Students may bring 1 parent/guardian to
the dress rehearsal free of charge, but
siblings, friends, grandparents, etc. will be
expected to pay the $5 ticket price for that
day. We will only sell 100 “house” seats for the
dress rehearsal day.
Children under 3 are free for both
rehearsal & show nights.
REHEARSALS
&
SHOW TIMES/VENUE
Our annual dance production will be at Cedar
Crest College on June 11 & 12. Show times will
be at 6:30PM both evenings, and a Saturday
matinee @ 12:30PM. Stage/Tech Rehearsals will
take place on June 7&8 (times TBA), and our
dress rehearsal will be Wednesday, June 9 at
4:30PM promptly.
All performers are required to be at all
rehearsals.
On performance days, performers need to
show up at least 45 minutes prior to curtain.
More information will distributed closer to show
time.
TIGHTS & SHOES
Every performance has different costumes which
require specific tights & shoes/shoe colors.
This year, for your convenience, you may place
an order with Dynamix and we will take care of
the rest.
You are more than welcome to purchase the
items outside of Dynamix, however, some stores
do not carry specific brand names and/or colors.
You will be required to buy the same, not
generic, as the rest of the class so performers
look alike. You can find an exact breakdown of
tights and shoes/shoe colors and what is needed
for each class at the studio mid-March.
T-SHIRT ORDERS
Orders for 2010 recital T-shirts will be on sale
starting March 1.
This year, our theme is colors, so
instead of our basic black tee, Dynamix is
brightening it up.

PICTURE WEEK:
MAY 24 - 28
Our picture week is scheduled for Monday, May 24 through
Friday, May 28.
Times TBA, however, we try to make the schedule around their
regular class times, give or take an hour (Saturday classes
will be on Wed, May 26). During this week, students will
come dressed in their costumes with hair and make-up already
done.
Christmas City Portrait Studios will take individual
pictures first (every student will take an individual even
if not purchasing), followed by a group picture that will be
featured in our slide show at the dance production.
After pictures are taken, students will have an
“in-class” dress rehearsal where they will run their routine
1 or 2 times.
Students may leave after their run-though if not in any
other classes.
There will be no regular classes this week.
MEN’S DANCE!!
Once again, we will be putting together another memorable
Men’s Dance routine this year at our dance production. Yes,
kids, this is your time to get even with DAD, or Grandpa, or
hubby/boyfriend, etc.!!
We will have our first official meeting on Friday,
March 19 at 7:00PM.
This is CLOSED to the public, because, we always try
to keep it a secret until show-time.
Don’t worry, men, all rehearsals will be closed as
well. For more

The shirts come with the Dynamix logo/dance
production theme on the front left, with each performers
name featured on the back.
This is a great keepsake for students to look back
years from now and remember their time on stage.
The cost is $25.
MAKE-UP DAYS
Any make-up classes from snow/teacher cancellations will be
made up closer to show time, most likely on a
weekend.
Make-ups are just like regular classes and students are
expected to be there.
If you have any known conflicts, please let your
instructor know ASAP before it gets scheduled.
Students having perfect attendance need to be at
their make-ups to qualify for the award presented on stage.
ATTENDANCE
Its official, the last quarter of our dance year is here and
the dance production is creeping up fast!! Students’
attendance is VITAL in class from now on.
Choreography will be taught on a weekly basis and
even missing one week can mean falling behind.
Attendance is mandatory.
Obviously, illness can occur, however, students are
still expected to come and watch, if they are not
contagious.
Because dance & gymnastics work as a TEAM, if a student’s
attendance is not the greatest, they may be taken out of
certain pieces of choreography so it doesn’t hurt the rest
of the class.
